DIRECTIONS

1) MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE AVAILABLE.

Right now there are 98 Megs of disk space available* in the drop box. Make sure your file takes up less space than this. If there is not enough space, please call us at 858/576-3000, or send us an email. (*note: for multiple uploads.)

2) NAME YOUR FOLDER TO INSURE NO CONFLICTS

a) Place all of the files needed in a single folder on your disk.
b) NAME the folder using all lowercase, no spaces and no special characters except for "." "-" and "_"
c) NAME the folder this way.....
   First 1 to 3 characters use: initials of your company
   Next 1 to 2 characters use: today's day of the month
   Next 4 to 10 characters use: name you choose
   (make sure you haven't recently used this name before)

3) USE FETCH OR WS_FTP TO UPLOAD

You'll need to use an FTP program to transfer your files such as Fetch or WS_FTP. (where can you download the program?)
a) Open your FTP program
b) Enter in the host as: "ftp.epsolution.com"
c) Enter in the username as: "dropbox"
d) Enter in the password as: "epsxfer"
e) Important: Open the folder called "access" All uploads must go into the folder "access".
f) Once in the folder "access", use your FTP program to upload your folder containing all your files.

   

4) TELL US YOU HAVE UPLOADED YOUR FOLDER/FILE

After you've completed your upload and sent the form below, please give us a telephone call at 858/576-3000. We want to be prompt in downloading it and making sure your job is started right away.
