The laws of our country prohibit the making of any medical or benefit claims for most food supplements. The products we provide, therefore, are offered as food supplements without any expressed or implied medical benefits. We also provide coaching, not to be confused with psychological counseling. The offerings of Smoking Release Associates are not intended to prevent, diagnose or treat disease. We recommend that you consult the medical practitioner of your choice before any major change in diet or exercise.

Return Policy:
Product may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less the original shipping and handling charge. A $10 charge shall be applied for each bottle of supplements or aromatherapy that is either not returned or is returned with the seal broken. Refunds are sent within 10 working days of receipt of request and returned product. If you order the complete program and take advantage of any nutritional assessment services and any personal coaching, $100 will be deducted from your refund.
The rest of the Fine Print:
(1) Your two hours of coaching must be completed within 3 weeks from the time your package is delivered. The fee to reinstate expired coaching time is $25. Why do we do this? To encourage you to take action with the program as soon as you receive it rather than to let it gather dust in your closet. Note: If you are buying this program for someone else, just let us know the date you are giving it so that there will be no question as to expiration time. (We have some important, money-saving tips for you if you are buying the program for someone else. Please feel free to call us to discuss these ideas.)
(2) If you desire to continue coaching after the initial 2 hours, you will handle that directly with your coach. Many clients extend their coaching commitment because they find a benefit from the initial time spent on the phone with their coach. Others choose to make use of a personal support system that may already be in place. Its your decision. While you may receive encouragement in continuing the coaching process, you will never receive any pressure from any representative of SRA to sign up for additional coaching time. We could have built 10 hours of coaching into the basic program, but that would have boosted the price considerably and denied you the option of deciding for yourself whether it was right for you.
(3) As part of the nutritional assessment, you will receive suggestions as to food supplementation. The cost of suggested supplements is not included in your initial program investment. The cost of suggested supplements generally ranges from $60 to $90. You are not required to purchase any suggested food supplements.
