Almost all of Design Affect's new business comes from referrals from happy and satisfied clients. Besides being good for business, it has always been our aim to go a step beyond basic expectations and create working relationships that can extend outward to others.

Our main product is the Rolls Royce of baby cribs. My father and I have a woodworking business. Cliff did an excellent job with our web site and it turned out much better than we could have ever imagined.

Since we wanted to sell to people nationwide, it was important that the web site help establish our credibility, get people so excited about our baby cribs that they would be willing to pay a premium price for them, and for them to have such confidence they would order an expensive item without having to see it in person. Setting up prototypes in showrooms would have been an investment beyond our financial capabilities. Cliff figured out ways to connect people emotionally to the excitement of owning a quality crib for all their children. The site is effective, develops credibility and the confidence that we can deliver a quality product. We are making more sales over the internet than we can keep up with at this time. We even get emails from people complimenting us on our beautiful site.

We did a lot of searching around before choosing Cliff to do our site. There are lots of people out their that can throw pictures and text up on a site, but what impressed us about Cliff was that he had so many years of traditional print media, advertising and marketing experience in addition to years experience designing web sites. We plan to produce brochures in the future and expect to use Design Affect for this too since Cliff has a handle on what we need and had the foresight to gather images in high resolution for this future purpose.
